A: Immediately contact your Insurance agent or company, or the at fault   parties insurance company. Let them know that you want your car repaired   at Collision Repair Center, and explain what happened. You may also call us   first and we can assist you on the next steps to help move the process   forward. Collision Repair Center works with all insurance companies.

A: No, Colorado State law allows you to choose a repair shop of your   choice.

A: Colorado State law does not require you to get more than one estimate.

A: The vehicle owner is the only person that can authorize any repairs to   their vehicle.

A: Call us, we will send a tow truck to the vehicle location and then deliver it   to our shop where we can write the estimate and begin the repair process.

A: If you need a rental car we can make the necessary arrangements for   you. Insurance companies will only pay for your rental car if you are the   claimant, or you have the option on your insurance policy.

A: You pay your deductible when you pick up your vehicle.
